Gordon, 39, was charged with two counts of assault in the second degree, two counts of assault in the third degree, criminal contempt in the first degree, criminal contempt in the second degree, endangering the welfare of a child, attempted assault in the third degree, and resisting arrest in Queens Criminal Court on Tuesday night.

Judge Edwin Novillo ordered bail at $20,000 in cash, $50,000 in insurance, or a $50,000 partly secured bond at 10% of the total amount. Gordon was detained this time for assaulting McDonald’s security personnel.

Ben Gordon, a former NBA player, was detained once more this week after he is accused of attacking two McDonald’s security personnel in Chicago. TMZ Sports has learned… Gordon, a 39-year-old man, was apprehended Friday morning about 3:30. According to the Chicago PD, the third-overall choice in 2004 started acting violently as he was being carried out of Mickey D’s.
Gordon allegedly shoved a male guard, age 29, to the ground after striking him in the face. Then he knocked a 21-year-old male guard down.
Nobody knew why Gordon had been booted out of the restaurant in the first place. Gordon was charged with two counts of misdemeanor battery as a consequence of the alleged altercation. That is, he injured or touched someone. The two guards refused medical assistance.
