Gordon, 39, was charged with two counts of assault in the second degree, two counts of assault in the third degree, criminal contempt in the first degree, criminal contempt in the second degree, endangering the welfare of a child, attempted assault in the third degree, and resisting arrest in Queens Criminal Court on Tuesday night.

Judge Edwin Novillo ordered bail at $20,000 in cash, $50,000 in insurance, or a $50,000 partly secured bond at 10% of the total amount. Gordon was detained this time for assaulting McDonald’s security personnel.
