In the last match of the three-match series, India defeated South Africa by 7 wickets to win the series 2-1. In this match, South Africa had given a target of 100 runs to India, which they completed by losing three wickets in 19.1 overs. Chasing the target for India, Shubman Gill played the highest innings of 49 runs. Apart from this, Shreyas Iyer remained unbeaten on 28 runs.
