Who can you rely on? Josh Primo, a former Spurs player, is said to have exposed himself to her nine times by Dr. Hillary Cauthen and Tony Buzbee.
Though they were told, the Spurs said nothing and finally cut her loose.
Primo claims that the doctor and Buzbee are attempting to take advantage of him and destroy his career since the doctor failed to inform him that the doctor’s genitalia was visible through the doctor’s gym shorts during their sessions.

What does Dr Hillary Cauthen say?
The 2021 lottery selection Joshua Primo, who was fired by the San Antonio Spurs last week, is accused of repeatedly exposing himself to women, according to a complaint filed on Thursday morning by a former clinical psychologist with the organization.
The complaint claims that, Primo reportedly exposed himself to Dr. Hillary Cauthen nine times in all. According to reports, the first incident allegedly occurred in December 2021 at a therapy session with Primo and was brought to Spurs management’s attention in January 2022.

According to the lawsuit, which was filed in Texas, the Spurs ignored Dr. Cauthen’s accusations in favor of rejecting her concerns and then covering up Primo’s wrongdoings. The Spurs management was willing to part with Dr. Cauthen in order to maintain the player they believed had the potential to become a star.
Primo’s lawyer, William J. Briggs, refuted the charges in a statement.
According to Briggs’ testimony, Dr. Cauthen, a 40-year-old woman, falsely claims that Josh Primo exposed himself to her over several therapy sessions as a betrayal of her young client. The assertions made by Dr. Cauthen are either completely untrue, grossly inflated, or outright fabrication.
Josh Primo never exposed himself to her or anybody else since he was unaware that his private parts were visible outside of his training shorts. The charges are rendered even less credible by the fact that Dr. Cauthen never informed her patient of the alleged exposure. Dr. Cauthen was a therapist and a provider of mental health care that Mr. Primo trusted. She is far more experienced as a sports psychologist than Mr. Primo and is older. It is confusing why she did not bother to tell her patient that his privates were showing under his shorts.
Additionally, Buzbee asserts that Primo exposed himself to ladies besides the doctor.
